SERVICE:
AussieSchoolmates provides this website and service to the best of their ability.  AussieSchoolmates does not guarantee any level of service.  AussieSchoolmates may cease to provide this service at any time without notice.  No refunds or compensation will be made for any reason.

CONTENT:
AussieSchoolmates does not accept responsibility for the contents or accuracy of user profiles, message boards, photo sections or messages between users.  AussieSchoolmates does not guarantee each users identity is accurate.  Users assume responsibility for all content contributed to the site.  It is assumed all content posted on the AussieSchoolmates website has the permission of any individual or company referred to.  It is the responsibility of the member posting this information that such permission is granted.  If we find material which has sexual, racist or similiar offending content we will delete such material without notice, and in extreme circumstances may report activity to relevant authorities.  Users may report suspicious/offensive material to the site administator at any time and it will be reviewed as soon as possible.

PRIVACY:
Privacy information is available through our privacy policy.

REMOVAL OF PROFILES:
Users may remove their profile from the system at any time by emailing a request to AussieSchoolmates.

NON PERMITTED USE:
Users practicing one/or more of the following activities through their profile or messaging systems will be removed immediately without warning, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
  - Any illegal or offensive activity
  - Spamming our members or the community with commercial URLs
  - Meaningless profiles including nonsense information (e.g.acdfsdohgds)
  - Profiles with misleading identity (known as FAKE profile)
  - Creating a profile with the intent to harass other members
