AussieSchoolmates Privacy Statement

At AussieSchoolmates we respect the rights of our subscribers and clients, and in stating this we make every endeavor to ensure the protection of privacy is adhered to.  AussieSchoolmates will not give away or sell your direct contact information to any 3rd company or person.  Any information provided to select subscribers is limited by the details you have saved against your AussieSchoolMates profile.

Upon joining AussieSchoolmates, you will provide us with details such as your name and email address.  The nature of the AussieSchoolmates service means some of this information must be made available to other members.  This information builds the lists of members associated with each school, workplace, club and street.  Further information is made available on each individual member profile.  Your email address will not be made available, and as such all contact between members will be via the messaging systems contained within the website.

Each member chooses what level of information to provide about themselves to other members via configuration of their user profile.  Basic information including (but not limited to) your name, your free-text profile description, and details of your registered schools, workplaces, clubs and streets will be made available to all members.

It is assumed all content posted on the AussieSchoolmates website has the permission of any individual or company referred to.  It is the responsibility of the member posting this information that such permission is granted.

Users may remove their profile from the system at any time by emailing a request to AussieSchoolmates.

Before AussieSchoolmates is able to provide you with any information or correct any inaccuracies, however, we may ask you to verify your identity and for other details to help us to respond to your request.
